Renay F. Bloom  ·  INBOOULI™  |  Inner Body · Outer Life™

Welcome.
There is room to breathe.

Whatever you are carrying — whatever brought you to this moment —
you are welcome to set it down.

A place to land

I spent decades being capable.
Holding everything together. Managing it well.
Tending to everyone — while my own interior went quietly untended.

Some of the heaviest things I have carried
have had names I love.

Then life did what life does. And in the weight of it, I discovered that the mind cannot always lead the way back, however, the body can. Through movement. Through breath. Through the slow, honest work of returning to the life still waiting inside — the body can guide the journey.

This space grew from that passage. It is for you, if you are somewhere in the middle of yours.

An orientation, not a program

Three words I return to
again and again

Presence

Learning to inhabit the life you are actually living —
not the one you are bracing for, or grieving.
The practice of returning to yourself,
again and again, with increasing softness.

Body

The body is where we begin.
Not as a project to be improved, but as a pathway.
Movement, breath, and sound reach places
that words and willpower cannot.
The body knows the way back.

Practice

Pilates. Yoga Nidra Rest. Restorative movement. Sound.
What you return to, consistently,
that builds a life capable of carrying you.
Longevity is not the length of years.
It is the quality of daily aliveness.

A glimpse of the story

She didn't arrive here
with the answers.

Renay F. Bloom is a PsyThD.® 2028 candidate, Certified Life Coach, Certified Brain Longevity Specialist, Comprehensive Pilates instructor, Yoga Nidra Rest teacher, and Restorative Yoga teacher. But her credentials are not her story.

Her story is the long walk through difficulty — career, grief, health, identity — and the quiet discovery that the body, the breath, and the simplest daily practices contain more wisdom than she had ever been taught to trust. She shows up as a companion, not a corrector.

Voices from the journey

What it felt like

From the journal

Writing as
a way of listening

The journal is a place I return to when something needs to be spoken before it can be understood. Sometimes it is an insight. Sometimes it is just a question I am living into. You are welcome here too.

Read the Journal
"Wellness is not a destination you arrive at with the right habits. It is the quality of attention you bring to the life you are actually living."

Letters from the practice

Stay close,
even when you're not ready.

The Journal arrives by email — honest writing on rest, nourishment, presence, and the quiet return to yourself. No noise. No frequency pressure. Just words, when there is something worth saying.
